What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM card built into your phone. You install a data plan by scanning a QR code or tapping a link, with no physical SIM to insert, and keep your own SIM for calls and texts.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most phones from 2019 onwards do: iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and many more. Your phone must not be locked to a carrier.
When should I install my eSIM?
Install it before you travel, on Wi-Fi. The plan starts when it first connects at your destination (or when you install it, for some plans: each plan says which).
How do I receive my eSIM?
Straight after payment: on screen, and by email from FULLY SIGNAL. You can also see it any time in My eSIMs.
Can I add more data?
Yes. Open the eSIM in My eSIMs and choose a top-up: it is added to the same eSIM, with nothing new to install.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number?
Yes. The eSIM only carries data; your own number stays on your phone for WhatsApp, calls and texts.
