Refund policy

An eSIM that has not been installed and has used no data can be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase: write to us at info@fullysignal.com.

Once an eSIM has been installed or has connected to a network, it cannot be refunded, because the data plan has been used.

If your order could not be completed, it is refunded in full automatically.

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 days.
