Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase from FULLY SIGNAL, operated by FULLY SIGNAL, ewrwerewr. By placing an order you accept them.

What you buy. A prepaid eSIM data plan for the destination, data and validity shown when you buy it. Prices are in euros and include all charges shown at checkout.

Your phone. You are responsible for using a phone that supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked. Check this before buying.

Payment. You pay by card or another method shown at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds. We may check a payment before delivering the eSIM, and cancel and refund it in full if we cannot accept it.

Delivery. The eSIM is delivered on screen and by email straight after payment. Each eSIM can be installed once, on one phone.

Validity. The plan's validity starts as described on the plan (first connection at the destination, or installation), and must start within the period stated there, or the eSIM expires unused.

Fair use. The eSIM is for your own use while travelling and may not be resold. Speed and coverage depend on the local networks it connects to, and some plans slow down after a daily amount of data, as shown on the plan.

Withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Because the eSIM is delivered at once at your request, this right ends once the eSIM has been installed or has used data.

Refunds. See our refund policy.

Liability. We are responsible for delivering the eSIM you bought. We are not liable for a phone that does not support eSIM, for local network outages or coverage, or for a plan used outside the destination it was bought for. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version shown when you buy applies to your order.
